- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Inspect the levels of bridal gowns and accessories to identify shortages
- Ensure bridal gown and social occasion dress stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from brides
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
